New States Contracting Joins Advanced Specialty Contractors

  
To our valued customers:
We at New States Contracting want to thank our loyal customers for all the business and support extended to us throughout the last 15 years.  Our brand has established itself as one of the premier insulation and abatement contractors in New Jersey and it would not have happened if not for your support.
At this time we want to inform you of an exciting development in our brand along with our parent company, Irex Corporation.  As of January 1, 2017 the assets of New States Contracting are being purchased by our sister subsidiary, Advanced Specialty Contractors.  New States Contracting will begin operating as the New Jersey Branch of Advanced Specialty Contractors as of January 1, 2017.  This is exciting news for us as 2 financially strong subsidiaries of Irex Corporation now form an even stronger subsidiary with offices in Aston and East Petersburg, PA, Elkridge, MD and Sayreville, NJ.
We want to assure our valued customers that our office structure itself will not change.  While my role will increase to that of Assistant Area Manager for Advanced Specialty Contractors, LLC (in addition to managing all operations of the New Jersey office), the New Jersey office remains with the same personnel and the same level of commitment to our customers.  All addresses, phone numbers, contacts, etc. will remain the same.  We ask that you agree to assign contracts in progress to Advanced Specialty Contractors and we’ll be reaching out to you with letters of assignment.  We will also contact any Contractor Prequalification Services to connect your company with Advanced Specialty Contractors.  If we need to prequalify directly with your company, please notify us so we can continue with minimal interruption.
